Version 0.69

This update brings Magic Pen and adjustments pens to Palette Wizard.

Magic Pen can be used to quickly create color ramps which you can fine tune later.

Four Adjustments Pens can be used to quickly increase/decrease saturation or value of colors.

Each of them increase/decrease these values by 10%

As you probably have noticed I have changed UI a little so all save/load buttons are in one place.
