Palette Wizard update 1.36 is LIVE

New Features:
- Web color #palettes added to each color chooser
- Added autosave every minute. It can be loaded from
load/save menu
- Added new tool Color creator (inspired by Paletton.com)

Fixed bugs:
- Not all colors were saved 
- Fixed bug crashing PW when trying to move selected link and its colors
- Minor bug when saving project
- Color value display differences corrected for some color choosers
